Let me give more information about this; the LG G6 has all the hardware requirements to be compatible, however is not listed yet as compatible since we cannot guarantee its functionality in relation to the Fitbit app and the tracker's features. nonetheless it would not hurt to try the following suggestions to address the issue you are experiencing: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app)
This phone has not been listed yet and according to the information I have, the phone was released on March of this year (it may vary depending of locations or model) so by the date it was released, is too soon to remove a phone from our list of compatible devices.
Rest assure our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.
