My Charge2 is synced to my Galaxy S6 - I'm receiving phone call notifications (with the caller's name) and I am also receiving message notifications.  However, my message notifications say:  Message, New Message.  It doesn't show me who is messaging me, and it is not showing the message.  If anyone knows a fix for this, I'd greatly appreciate it.  I am a new user.  Thank you.

Hello @Rosaphonic, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I've seen this issue before so I would like to recommend to review the following post: Call notifications dont display user.

 

You'll find additional suggestion from myself as an additional tip kindly shared by @Tao75 to address this issue.
