Charge 2 not receiving text or call notifications

My Charge 2 has not been receiving any notifications at all for over a week. I have cleared my cache, turned notifications off - restarted my phone and turned notifications back on. I have also logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled the app then tried resetting the notifications. Nothing is working.

Have you tried long pressing on the button on the side?  This turns notifications on and off on the device itself.  A few others have posted about inadvertently turning notifications off on the device itself and not realizing it.

I had to do it again after rebooting my phone and turning notifications off and back on again.

But it worked!
