Charge 2 not showing steps on display

I just got my charge 2 yesterday but for some reason it's showing my steps on the fit bit app but not on the charge 2 display screen. I made sure that I have steps set as my main goal but it's still not working. Could anyone help me?

Hello @Rjohnson0317, good to see you here in the Fitbit Community. welcome aboard! Certainly this is not a normal behavior. Are you able to see other options on your Charge 2 display? Is this only happening with your steps? Are you able to navigate through your tracker option by pushing the side button?

 

If the issue persists, perhaps a restart will do the trick to resolve this issue. If you haven't tried, the following post will guide you through: How to restart your Charge 2?
