I was feeling rather smug that I was having no synching difficulties with my charge 2. Today the charge 2 is showing a higher and more accurate number of steps then my Samsung Galaxy 6. I also went for a walk and my route was not displayed, yet if I walk in my home it shows every Rabbit Trail path I take over and over in a nice little map. What has happened??? I've had the Fitbit charge 2 since the beginning of January and until today there have not been any problems. Help please and thank you in advance.

Hello @st3hess, glad to hear the issue was resolved by updating the app. Occasionally are release updates for the Fitbit app. These updates provide feature enhancements and product improvements that help for issues like the one you mentioned before..

It's great to see you around @st3hess. Could you please be more specific about the inconvenience you are having with your Charge 2? Is the tracker syncing? Have you tried any type of troubleshoot?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you for responding. It seems the issue was that I needed to update the app. Once I updated the app and made sure that all of my settings were on auto sync it recovered my steps on the individual workout section but not on the summary scream. Today it seems fine.
