In this case, since you have already gone through some troubleshooting steps, I recommend that we try to restart the Fitbit Charge 2 itself. To do the restart, please follow these steps:

1. Start charging your Fitbit Charge 2.

2. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
3. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable and sync it to your S5.

This should let the tracker sync properly.

If the sync does not go through, please answer these questions:

- What Android version is your S5 running? You can check on this by accessing your Phone's settings and going to the 'About Phone' section.

- Is your S5 connected to any other Bluetooth device? Or have your synced your Fitbit with any other phone or computer?

- Have you attempted to set up notifications?

Look forward to helping you get your new Fitbit working properly! Smiley Tongue
