Having issues "suddenly" with my Charge 2 not syncing without a restart. also will not hold a charge anymore. Not recording previous day results properly... was working fine then suddenly poof...

Mine didn't sync properly yesterday and strangely I got the rocket going off when I got to 10000 steps then my steps went down to 8919.

I had a strange thing happen with my Alta HR today.  It synced at 10:30 a.m. and around noon, it went blank.  I have not been able to get my Fitbit back on all day.  Tried to reboot, but that didn't work.  I called customer support and they told me to keep trying the reboot.  After that didn't work, the young lady told me she had an alternative for me.  She could offer me a 25% discount for a new Fitbit.  I told her to forget it.  I will just do without my Fitbit.  I'm so disappointed with this tracker and the scam that sounds like I was getting.

My Alta has not been able to sync since Thursday at 4 a.m. Tried reinstalling the app. Still not working. Strange.

Now it's worse. Was noticing some display issues as well. Now the display does not work at all. Tried to reboot it, no go. I need some help otherwise, I think it's toast.... any suggestions?
