I had a strange thing happen with my Alta HR today. It synced at 10:30 a.m. and around noon, it went blank. I have not been able to get my Fitbit back on all day. Tried to reboot, but that didn't work. I called customer support and they told me to keep trying the reboot. After that didn't work, the young lady told me she had an alternative for me. She could offer me a 25% discount for a new Fitbit. I told her to forget it. I will just do without my Fitbit. I'm so disappointed with this tracker and the scam that sounds like I was getting.
Best AnswerMy Alta has not been able to sync since Thursday at 4 a.m. Tried reinstalling the app. Still not working. Strange.
