Charge 2 not syncing with Huawei

My band was purchased in  May 2018. It is only a year and a half old.  For the last 4 to 5 months I have had issues with it syncing regularly.  2 to 3 times a week I will have to go through the trouble shooting process and some times do it multiply times to get my band to sync on my Huawei phone. Very frustrating!  Not impressed!

 

I have also noticed recently that my sleep is not registering very accurately.  Last night I slept from 122am to 733am and it's says I only slept 3hr35mins and was awake for 1hr56mins..... I actually slept through the night so I am not sure why it would register 3hrs 35 mins...

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. 

 

Regarding the sleep tracking, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Is your device recording Sleep Stages or auto-sleep simplified information? Keep me posted.

Still Frustrated.  After I posted my original post my band synced most of the time until Tuesday November 5 at 830a. Now it has stopped syncing again.  So frustrating.  I have done all of the trouble shooting again and again and again and still won't sync.  Not sure I have any other option but to look at a different brand of band that actually works with my phone.
