Charge 2 not syncing

My Charge 2 has not synced with my Galaxy 8 for a week. I bought this because I had the flex 2 and was having the same problem. 

What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Hello @katsmeow37! 

 

Let me help you out with that. 

 

Please try to follow the steps on this article. Be sure to go through them in order and they should definitely help your Charge 2 to sync. 

 

In the meantime I have some questions I'd like to ask:

  • Did you use to sync your Flex 2 with your S8?
  • When did these issues begin?
