All of a sudden my Charge 2 stopped syncing and says that it can't find my device. I see that others are having a similar problem. I have followed online advice I found to check settings and my location is on in both the Fitbit app and my phone.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
