Charge 2 not syncing

Since last night my Charge 2 has not syncing. The Fitbit itself is tracking my steps but on the app it's just showing calories not steps. I have restarted both my Fitbit and phone along with turning the Bluetooth on and off. Nothing is working!!!! HELP!!!! About ready to throw my phone and Fitbit against the wall ugh

The fitbit restart is normally the best bet to sort syncing problems out. However, it's known to not always work so it might be worth trying that a few more times.
