Charge 2 not syncing

I have reset the bluetooth, turned off my device, and re-installed the app multiple times but I cannot get my device to sync. It acts as though it is syncing, but shows the last sync as being yesterday at 7 pm

I just purchased this in July. Any other suggestions on how to fix?

Let me help you figure out what is going on with your Fitbit. Thanks for sharing everything that you have tried already.

 

While it does include some of the steps that you mentioned, I'd like to ask you to follow all of the steps in this help article. Be sure to complete all of the steps in order, even if you have tried them already. They should definitely help out.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask what phone is it that you are using?
