missing tiles on app's dashboard

I have a Samsung J3 Android phone with fitbit app but lately i have lost some of the tiles on dashboard i have lost Steps, floors, miles, minutes from the top and Sleep, Steps per hour, BPM  heart beat from the bottom. I have restarted my phone i have checked my phone is paired to device which it is but when logging into Fitbit on a computer it is showing that its not paired. I have tried to add device to replace and it says its connecting but never connects. I have reset the tracker i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and still cannot get my icons to come back now essentially making my fitbit useless to me can anyone help!

Welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner.

Thanks for bringing this up and letting us know everything that you have tried.

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Could you take a screen shot of what you are seeing on your app's Dashboard? That'd let me better understand what is going on.

You can also check this help article about the app. It talks about how to rearrange and hide tiles and should help out.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Did you have the chance to check the steps in this help article? If not, please do give them a try. That should do the job.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
