Yes, My wife just got her Fitbit Charge 2. We set up the tracker with the phone no problem. Only issue is that it does not vibrate at all when she receives a sms text, or phone call. The screen shows someone texted or is calling, but no vibration. Did we leave out a step in the setup?

@BoWilb73 Let's try restarting the Charge 2 and then try sending her a test text message in order to test out the vibration. If that doesn't do the trick, let's set a silent alarm (which should vibrate) for a couple of minutes in the future in order to test the vibrating motor.
