How do I update my steps when i haven't worn my Fitbit?

I left my Fitbit at home today.

Used my Samsung Health app to record my steps. How can I update my Fitbit app to reflect the steps I've done?

I wanted to use the Fitbit app on my phone to track my steps but I could find a way to do that.

It's not clear how I can update.

Can anyone help?

@Thespianmum, on the App Dashboard, tap on the Weekly Exercise tile to open the Exercise screen. Then tap on the Stopwatch icon in the upper righthand corner of the screen to open the Track screen. select Log Previous to enter a Walk with the start time, duration and distance.  When you've entered all of the data, tap on Log It to save it.

Thank you! It really wasn't clear. I took the info from my Samsung Health
app and I have now updated. I thought there was a way of updating the step
count...
