I've just had my fitbit charge 2 replaced and new one doing same thing. It doesn' vibrate at all to alert you when a notification is received, when alarm goes off or at any other time it' supposed to including when you put it on charge. Could I have received another faulty one or could I have not set it up correctly. I have followed all the directions from the help menus and still nothing.

Hey @Reneet77

That sounds bothersome. If it does not vibrate at all, not even slightly, I'd recommend replying to the last email you received from our support team. They will be able to check what are the option to move forward in that case.

Please let me know how it goes!

Thank you I have contacted the support team and replied back 2 days ago, sending them a copy of my receipt still waiting to hear back from them. With all the trouble and time I've wasted with it, I'm really wishing I bought the fitbit blaze now instead of the charge 2.
