Charge 2 "tracker not found"

My fitbit charge 2 hasn't been able to sync since Monday evening. I have tried force stopping the app, cleared the cache files, disconnected my Bluetooth and reconnected but nothing is working. Any help please.

Try to delete the App and then reinstall it.

I had a phone upgrade and changeover was perfect but 5 days later my phone stopped tracking my device (Galaxy A8).

I picked up that it wasn't syncing and have tried all the trueshooting tips but can't get them to sync.

Not sure if we have the same issue?

I uninstalled the all and reinstalled it, amd now working properly again, Thanks

I deleted the app then reinstalled it, now mine works, hope this works for you too,
