If it's an hour out that suggests a timezone issue. I note you have auto time zone on but it's worth checking what timezone is set in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

Thanks Steve, that worked.
It is interesting that there are three settings that affect the time: Phone, Fitbit app, online profile.
