I am using a Huawei p smart , I know it's a budget phone but I have never had any problems syncing before , it stopped syncing 3 days ago and stopped receiving calls and texts a while ago but that doesn't bother me. I don't know what to do I have tried resetting and uninstalling but still it's no use to me if it won't sync . Does anyone know how or if this can be solved please ?

I'm having same problem. Mine hasn't synced for over a week. I can't re connect anew . It won't pair or sync.

charge 2 from my Bluetooth I then made another account ,when installing the
Fitbit app again , it went through all the usual settings trying to find
the tracker it failed a few times i disconnected then connected again to
Bluetooth and it synced I then logged out of the new account and back into
my original account and it synced all my data no problem. Hope this helps .

forgot to mention I reset it first by holding the button whist on charge
until the version came up. Good luck ! I hope you get it sorted.
