My Fitbit charge 2 has un synced itself overnight and I cannot even recharge or restart it. The screen just shows the Fitbit icon and www.fitbit. com/setup. I have uninstalled the Fit bit App reinstalled it and tried to set up again but it will not recognise my fit bit. Any ideas ?

Hello @penhun, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. This screen appears when the tracker has not being set up. However it has been a few days since you posted and I'm wondering how it goes so far? Were you able to set up your Charge 2?
If the issue still persist please try the following steps:
- Turn your tracker off and back on using the instructions from this post.
- Try the setup process again (For additional help this post will guide you through)
- If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
- Try setting up your tracker again.
- If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
