Charge 2 sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am seeing on another post that the problem is "fixed" but I cannot get me charge 2 to sync to any of my devices. I have turned devices off and then on, I have deleted the app on the android platform and then reinstalled and nothing works, The best I get is "tracker not found" and that is with WIFI, bluetooth , and 4g service on my phone all working. I am not having any trouble with other apps running on my phone, kindle, or itouch. So what should I try? All of this started after the last update.

Yes, I'm having trouble with it also. My Flex 2 just stopped working yesterday afternoon. Keeps saying that "Tracker not found".

I haven't been able to connect to my charge 2 since Monday 18th. It had been getting harder to sync for a few weeks. I don't think it is good enough as fitbit is supposed to be a good brand. I have tried every thing suggested on forums but nothing works. I am feeling so frustrated at lack of help from company..... looks like it could be a big issue.

Thanks for your reply to confirm that you're also having problems. I agree it's not good enough.

I finally got the sync to work by restarting my fitbit ( I had tried all the other devices and had checked bluetooth connectivity)! ! I had not done that before and that seems to have fixed the problem. It might be worth a try.

@Dalywalk @Katefergs @Crazy-Fritter @Runaround Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It seems most of you can't sync your tracker's while trying multiple devices. In general you can try the following:

1. Restart your phone's or computer's bluetooth.

2. Restart your tracker's following their respective instructions found here.

3. Make sure only one device has the bluetooth signal on since if you have all of them trying to sync they may actually interfere with the process.

4. You can also go to the bluetooth settings on your device and remove your tracker then attempt syncing them. This will refresh the link between both your device and your tracker.

@Dalywalk Happy to hear that your tracker is now syncing.

Let me know how it goes!

Quick update. It worked a treat. I did a reset and then left it to get on with a sync. About 30 mins later I had a look and all the missing data had loaded. Thank you for your help, much appreciated as I was losing hope of it ever working again.
