Charge 2 syncing not working

ive recently tried to sync my tracker last sync was 17th september reading other forums ive followed some of the steps ive even removed by tracker from the app i am currently readding my tracker to the app but am stuck at the part where you put the numbers in its trying a while to connect can anyone help me thanks in advance

@cassandra91 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear about your tracker not syncing. Which phone do you have? Is it compatible? Try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
