Charge 2 tracker not working

Hi iam using samsung galaxy J7.i had got charge 2.have installed fitbit app and synced but when i tried swtiching on the tracker the screen shows www.fitbit.com/setup and not moving further even after tapping the screen how to go about this.

@Lakshmi22  Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't working as it should. Remove the tracker from your account (tap the tracker's icon then the trashcan icon) and then set it up again as a new device.
