Hi @SaurabhSarodaya, welcome to our Community!

Thanks for sharing detailed information about the devices used to connect your Charge 2.

Let me share that our team constantly tests phones and tablets to ensure their functionality with every feature, and currently your Asus Zenfone 5z and Xiaomi Mi A1 phones aren't part of our fully tested devices list. Even though your device was able to sync before, it may not always work since our Android team hasn't fully tested those phones.

I'd suggest to try setting up your Charge 2 using another supported device or a computer, so you can sync your steps. Our team will keep adding more devices to the list, so keep an eye open for updates!

I'll be around if you need anything else.

@SaurabhSarodaya  try these steps usually xiang the Fitbit app cache is enough to allow my tracker to sync.

  • Check for a Fitbit update
  • Check for any phone updates
  • Through the phones settings - apps - Fitbit - force stop
  • Phones - settings - apps - Fitbit - storage - clear cache
  • Restart the tracker
  • Restart the phone

Hi @Rich_Laue, thanks for stopping by and helping our friend. It's nice to see you here!

@SaurabhSarodaya, while your phones aren't fully tested, they may still function with the Fitbit app. Please try to the suggestions posted by @Rich_Laue, making sure to have the Bluetooth enabled in only one of your phones so there isn't interference during the process.

Keep me posted!
