I have tried to set up my charge 2 on my microsoft lumia 650, it pairs and I enter the 4 digit number that appears on my tracker but at this point my phone says there is issues. I've tried everything, resetting my tracker, rebooting and deleting/reinstalling the fitbit app and de-pairing the tracker. Have changed location settings so that fitbit can access....nothing works, getting pretty frustrated as started trying to get it to work on 27th Dec...can anyone help?

Seems it's a common problem. I enter the 4 digit code then get the Not Working message on phone. Currently waiting a reply from tech support.
Considering it's a Christmas present it's annoying. May return it and get a Garmon instead 🙁😠
