Charge 2 will not sync

I am seeing lots of other similar posts on the forums, but no solutions.  Charge 2 hasn't synced since yesterday.  Tried restarting the app (Android), rebooting the phone, rebooting the tracker, etc.  Nothing works.  What's going on? Though an update to the tracker and app were recently installed, it seemed to be OK untill about noon yesterday.  So frustrated...

Still not working.  I am so frustrated!  Hello, Fitbit?? Anyone there?  Three days of data haven't synced, it's messing up my calorie totals, etc. What is the point of using think if I can't track accurately...

 

Kinda thought we would have heard something by now...
