Charge 2 won't sync or connect to Bluetooth!

For a week now Charge 2 has not synced with my android phone.  Have tried the following recommended steps;

- Restarting phone

- Restarting Charge 2

- Restarting app

- Uninstalling/reinstalling app (therefore I have the most up to date version I suppose)

- Turning bluetooth off and on again - makes bluetooth go strange, and Charge 2 is apparently non existent according to the phone 😞

Feel pretty worried about this as I've had the band less than two months!

Am I missing anything really obvious?

Thanks in advance.

I have been having the same issues over the past couple of days.  I've tried the same steps as you to get it to sync.  It was working fine up until then.  I hope it's just a glitch & it gets resolved!!

I have had mine exactly one month and one day, and am experiencing the exact same problem. I can't believe no one has answered as to what's going on. I'm gonna return it, ugh

I have had mine for 2 months. I love it, but mine has stopped syncing too. I have tried all of the steps they recommend. I really hope they are fixing this!!

You need to supply some basic information like what android phone you're using and software version.

I'm guessing it's not a supported device as there aren't many.

Got the same problem since Monday using Android phone (version 5.1). I had no problem since Xmas.
Hopefully, this will be solved soon ... 😞

I just did an instant chat with the help link and they did something. They had me reset the tracker again and now it works.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it seems to work. I'll see how it goes for the rest of the week.

Thanks

I have an iPhone 7, and this happens to me every few weeks, for no apparent reason!  All of a sudden it says device not syncing because bluetooth is off, when in fact my phone's bluetooth is always on--in fact, under Bluetooth Devices the Charge 2 is clearly listed as being connected. Obviously some sort of bug in the Fitbit. The "cure" is turn the bluetooth OFF, then back ON, and the Fitbit almost immediately admits it is connected and all is well.  Until the next time.....

Hi, I had a similar issue, but with other devices. Please take a look at my solution, maybe it can guide you in the right direction. Look at this thread https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Huawei-P20-lite-compatibility/td-p/2634123/page/2
