Charge 2 wont sync notifications from Android

I have done every step to have my notifications show up on my charge 2, but nothing works. I looked online watched YouTube videos and nothing. This is my second Fit bit because the same thing happened with my last one. It works for a little bit when I first have it, but after awhile it won't sync the notifications.

Hello @Shawna1234, it's nice to see new faces in our Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if you have tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned by my friend @MarreFitbit? If you haven't please try the following post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
