Got a charge 2 today I have set it up with my Android phone. It says uts syncing but it's still displaying www.fitbit.com/setup. It fails after every attempt I have reset my phone and the tracker and it is really frustrating me. Any help would be of great use. Tia

If the tracker is still showing the setup screen, @Walton3412, it indicates that it has not successfully completed the setup procedure. Have you tried re-doing the setup procedure to see if it would connect and complete the entire process?
