Cant get update to complete so cant finish my setup... Anyone help ?......Have tried all instructions but update fails within few minutes

@Drew1953, among the "all instructions" you tried, have you tried opening the phone's Bluetooth Settings, selected the Fitbit device, tell it to Forget the Device, and then re-open the Fitbit app to see if it restarts the download/install of the update?
