Charge 3 Display STILL not working

I've tried everything that relates to this topic and my charge 3 will not fix itself. 

 

The display is black, it vibrates when I push the button but nothing comes up. I've tried everything I could find within this forum. 

I get the smiley face, but nothing happens. I let it completely die and then recharged it, and now IF the display comes on there's half a smiley face and half a "white noise" screen. PLEASE HELP!
