How do I stop it?  When I look at my Fitbit to see what time it is I have to erase a bunch of emails on it....how do I stop it getting emails?  Thanks for your time!

Hi @Chief1202  if you don't want emails or texts, you have to remove permission from the app. Open the Fitbit app and go to your notifications settings. There you can uncheck the items you no longer wish to see.
