Charge 3 battery life won't update.

On the account tab,  it has only ever showed me 100% battery. If I click on the device,  it says 83% (and lower with use).

 

How do I get them to match?

 

I have a note 8 with the most recent update.

It's great to see you around @DraconicHerald. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

I would like you to log out from your app and force quit it. If you're still seeing that your app isn't showing you the correct information, provide me with a screenshot of the battery information you're seeing in the Account tab and when you click on the device.
