Charge 3 Not syncing since 9/19/19 update.

I bought the Charge 3 for my wife and it's been working fine until this past update on 9/19/19.  It stopped syncing, battery drains quicker and it's lost so much time it's days behind now.  Tried all the resets and even unpaired it.  Now it will now pair with any of 4 Android devices.  It's currently useless.  Anybody else having the same issue?

Hi @OlGrumpy  your post is now in the Android area of the forum. The latest version for your app should be 3.6.1, so can you check to see if that is what you have? Make sure your phone is compatible click to see

Hello Odyssey13.  It's 3.6.1.  It's been tried one three separate Android devices thus far and I'm seeing a great many more posts without solutions.  Most all of these posts are also stating my same issues since the update.
