Had a charge 3 replaced and replaced my phone. I cant get it to sync. I tried resetting the tracker by holding the button for 8 seconds and it doesn't reset. Anyone using a tracker with the One Plus 7 Pro?

Hi @Lozen13. It's nice to see a new face around!

Thanks for letting me know that your Charge 3 was replaced, as well for the steps that you've tried on your own. Before anything else, let me share that your OnePlus 7 Pro isn't a supported device, meaning that the Fitbit app hasn't been fully optimized to work with this model. While we cannot guarantee the app will work on your phone, I'd suggest to try the following steps if the issue still persists:

  1. Remove your old Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage and Force Stop.
  4. Make sure the location services are turned on.
  5. Reboot your phone and open the Fitbit app.
  6. Tap on your profile's icon > Charge 3 image > Sync now.

About your other inquiry, since you mentioned that your Charge 3 doesn't restart, do you mean that it doesn't turn on? If that's the case, I'd recommend to try the troubleshooting steps from this help article.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
