My Fitbit charge 3 went blank and won't turn on. I've been trying to reset it per the instructions in previous posts and have had no success.

@Arliafaye A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't turning on. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

It's not working for me. Have been in touch with Fitbit Support on Twitter & it hasn't helped. Screen is still blank & unresponsive.

If the Charge 3 screen is blank but the fitbit seems to be otherwise working ok (e.g. syncs with the app) then one of the following should get it working again:
- restart the fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
- change the clockface via the app. If this works then it's safe to change it back to what it was

Mine was blank, managed to reset it but a thin white line across the top on Saturday. On Sunday I had white lines down the right hand side then only half a screen showing. Mine has now gone black again, I've tried resetting it but it hasn't worked this time 😞 I'm going to try again in the morning, fingers crossed it works

Hi, I am having the same trouble with my Fitbit charge 3. It won't turn on, even after trying all of the suggested reset procedures. It doesn't vibrate when I plug it in or press the button. Can you please advise how this can be fixed?
