I have had this fit bit charge 3 for less than 2 months. After charging, the screen has white strips.  Resetting it does not make them go away.

Hi,

The support team has already gotten in touch with me. I have followed all
the steps it gives. But the problem still persists. What's next? My Fitbit
is less than 2 months old.
