I've wasted so much time trying to get my charge 3 to synch and I'm disappointed I wasted my money. I've followed all steps, called customer support and now get to wait for someone to email me. This device is buggy.

I don't know what steps you have tried already but the usual things to try when you get syncing issues are listed below. Hopefully there will be something there you haven't yet tried:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
- if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
I'm assuming that your phone is supported by fitbit. Have you checked at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
