My charge 3 is not pairing with my bluetooth. It happened after the last update end of July. Trying to set it up again and fitbit says it found tracker but I checked if it was paired with my phone on bluetooth and it wasn't and it hasn't wanted to pair with bluetooth after many tries. Fitbit what is going on? The update messed up connecting with my fitbit. Please fix it so I can continue using my fitbit please.

They did communicate with me their solution 2as to give me a 35% discount on a new Fitbit. That makes me very angry! It was working fine and connected to blue tooth. After your last update end of July it stopped synicing. My clock is Five 5 hours slow. What is going on that all of a sudden it's not good anymore and I have to buy another one. This charge 3 is my 3rd one replaced by you because of unsolved problems. What did you do when you updated it?

Mine synch issue started 3 days ago as well. Got the run around from the chat person 2x. There must be a bigger universal problem here. Mine has worked for 19 months with no probs until now.
