I updated my charge 3 on the 21th of December. Since that I can only see the info about the day that is going on - the other Days says 0 steps even though I have used the device all 24 hours there is on a day. So what can I do? I have used the check list and it hasnt helped to log out and Everything else is ok. I wouldnt like to erase almost two weeks without trying to reach for help from you. So please advise me 🙂

Let me help you figure out what is going on and how to get your Charge 3 to work correctly.
The first thing I'd like to do is to ask you what phone are you using to try and sync your Charge 3?
In the meantime please try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While you might have already tried some of the steps, please do follow all of the steps in order.

Hello and thanks for trying to help me! My phone is Sony Xperia XZ Compact and I have the latest software installed (8.0). I have followed the steps and it still doesnt work. Yesterdays steps are gone and the only thing I can see is what I have done today. Before the latest update it worked perfect. I even have had problems today with the app since I couldnt even get into it. Do I need to reinstall my Charge 3 to get it working again?
