Firmware update needed - unable to to sync bluetooth due to a pin/access key error/ now fitbit.com unavailable error - I did all troubleshooting as in previous threads minus a factory reset - was on uninstall/reinstall app and now the fitbit.com error is going on - I am assuming this is an outage on the mobile app again? Please advise.

Yes it is an outage. Everyone appears to being kicked off and unable to log in.
