Charge 3 issues

I have not been able to sync my Charge 3 with my LG G5, which worked initially. I have tried it all, all the resets, reboots, erase, reinstall.......I have had the 3 for 2.5 months. Now my 3 will not keep accurate time. I want to return this Fitbit, NOT happy!!

@Roxired Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't syncing with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I have completed all of those steps, with no results. It stopped syncing Dec 18, and won't sync since. I have rebooted the C3, restarted C3, unpaired, removed app and reinstalled and completed the set up steps again, restart phone, checked all current updates. Now I have an extremely expensive pedometer, that can't even be used as a watch!
