My charge 3 isn't receiving any notifications from OnePlus 6t. I unboxed my new charge 3 two days ago and have been trying to get it to work. Dashboard syncs fine but no notifications and it's too irritating. It's a new piece and so many troubles alrrady. I have tried all methods possible but no luck. I am aware that OnePlus isn't compatible with fitbit but I would like to suggest you to add this device as OnePlus is the best phone in the market. It just doesn't make sense. And even if it isn't, the 6t is has everything that should make the fitbit work. Any suggestions anybody? Please help.

Welcome to the Forums @soujj.
Thanks for sharing your feedback and trying to get the notifications to work correctly.
As you mentioned, this is happening because the OnePlus 6t is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps for the notifications. While you have tried those steps, perhaps you could read through them to see if there is something in there that you have not tried.
In the meantime, perhaps you could support this suggestion to add the 6t. You can comment on it or vote for it to show your support for the idea. If you do visit that board, be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
Let me know if you have any further questions. I hope to see you around in the suggestions board.

By when do you think OnePlus devices will be supported by fitbit?
