Charge 3 not Syncing after App Update

Hello everyone,,,

I updated my Fitbit app on my android phone 4 days ago and since that time me charge 3 is not syncing with my phone. I have turned blue tooth on and off, uninstalled app and tried to reset my charge 3, but it doesn't connect with Bluetooth.  How can I get my Fitbit to sync???

Thanks for bringing that up and sharing the steps that you have tried to get your Fitbit to work.

 

In this case I'd like to ask what phone is it that you are using at the time. That will shed more details on the matter.

 

As for the situation, I'd like to recommend that you try setting it up as of it was a replacement Fitbit. You can click here to find steps on how to do it.
