The last sync was on 3/2/19. Ive been trying everything (reboot device and phone, turning bluetooth off and back on) but it's still not working. Anyone have suggestions?

Welcome to the Forums @JPercy72012.

Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried to get your Fitbit to sync. Let me help you figure out what might be happening.

I recommend that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. While you have already tried some of those steps, please try going through all of them in order. That should help in getting it all to sync correctly.

In the meantime, please let me know what phone is it that you are using. Also please let me know if there are any error messages that you are getting and if what do they say.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Mine isn't syncing as well. I have a Google Pixel XL and my last since was the 10th. I've tried everything and can't get it to sync.

Hello @Aspentaylor and @JPercy72012.

Thanks for trying the steps I recommended to get your Fitbits to work!

@JPercy72012 Please keep me posted on how it goes.

@Aspentaylor, Are you getting some sort of error message? If so, what does it say?

In addition to that, I'd like to ask if you have tried syncing your Fitbit to another device before this started happening or since?

Look forward to your reply.

It will say that it located my device then then after a minute or so it will give me the error and offer to try again.  I have not tried to sync it to another device.

Hello @Aspentaylor and @JPercy72012.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for trying the steps that I recommended and letting me know about the error message.

@Aspentaylor In your case please try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should help with the setup.

@JPercy72012 Let's try running the set up as if it was a replacement device. If it doesn't work then try the steps I recommended to @JPercy72012.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
