Charge 3 not able to sync correctly

Tried all help messages from fitbit.co.uk. Returned to factory settings as all others not working.

Pairs up, enters pin then nothing.  Apart from binning fit bit what else can be done that I've not done already.

Unpaired, deleated, restarted phone, restarted bluetooth.

Every issue I've messaged since 6th Nov now 14th hasn't worked.(9 days of trying umpteen times everyday)

Phone time now way off by 5+ hours so cant even wear it now.

Messaged phone type and any info they require.

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshooting your Charge 3 prior posting. Just to clarify, do you have issues to sync or is your tracker's screen not working? Could you please provide me with your phone's model and Android version? In case you're seeing an error message on the app or tracker, please take a picture and share it with me so I can further investigate. For instructions to attach a picture, check this post.

Synced at 3pm today after not syncing for a few days.

Not working with the app again. Done everything suggested. Gave make/model
of phone. Says no device detected. Exclamation mark comes up when you click
on sync now.
Phone off /on
Deleted app/ restarted
Bluetooth on/ off
Returned back to factory settings

Still same. All this done on numerous times since 6th november Clock
returned to correct time now.

Extremely frustrating. As can read it better usually on the app rather
than the fitbit.
