Please can someone help me, I am very frustrated with the Fitbit Charge 3.
Have gone through ALL the trouble shooting articles, nothing is working. When I want to setup my device on my Huawei P30 light it just does not want to pair, and just loads forever.
Please help

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with the setup process of your Charge 3 and your Huawei P30 Lite, it's odd because I'm using the same phone but with a Fitbit Ionic with no trouble at all. Can you please let me know if you receive an error message while trying to setup your device? Are you able to enter the 4-digit code on your device and after that it simply never loads? Are you using other Bluetooth devices at the same time? Please share with me as many details you can so we can move on.

Did you ever get your fitbit to work with your P30 lite. Having same issues.

Nope, the problem has been around for about 2 years now and they have done nothing.
All fitbit cares about is getting your money, once they have it there is no support. The mods post once on each topic and then abandon it.

I have a P30+ and it has been working for more than a year.
Some times in the morning it takes a longer time to log in (1-2 minutes).
Today it was not pairing and after 10 minutes it did.

Hi there,
I'm having this very same issue with my charge 3 and huawei P30 Lite. It originally worked on and off for 3 months and then it stopped syncing all together. I have since tried everything par from factory re-set as don't want to loose all my data!
I get as far as putting the 4 digit code in and after that no further, just whirrs around for a long time and then says it can't connect.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Unfortunately I tried everything as suggested by Fitbit and got no where. Having spoken to others there is a definite issue with Huawei P30 lite and is not compatible. I have gave up and no longer use my fitbit after being with them since 2016 and onto my 3rd fitbit. I am now looking at other watches including the Huawei GT 2. I will give my fitbit into local charity shop.

Sorted!! Got in touch with support via the app and followed their instructions, it's working now 🙂
They told me to try it with another phone, so I deleted user data from the charge 3 and downloaded fitbit app to my son's Nokia and logged in, paired the two without a problem. Then deleted the app off my son's phone, removed all connected bluetooth devises from my Huawei and then paired the Charge 3 and it seems to work now! Let's see if it lasts....Only downside so far is that the user data was lost for the period it last synced properly.

I was having same probs with my charge 3 and Huawei P30 Pro.
I told old phone to forget the device, uninstalled app from old phone, did a reset in on the fitbit under settings... Still played up?! I then uninstalled the app from P30 and reinstalled it it immediately paired after I entered the 4 number code... Everything's working as it should fingers crossed.
