I am having issues with my charge 3 syncing with my Android phone. I saw an article about syncing issues with apple, but not Android. I am guessing it is a similar issue. I have reset my charge 3 and restarted the Fitbit app. Any thoughts?

I appreciate the research done. I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting and check if after this it starts syncing properly. If you keep experiencing syncing issues, please let me know the mobile phone you're using.
