Mine was doing a similar thing, was syncing one minute but not the next, I tried restarting my watch and phone and now it works fine. Hope that helps

If restarting the fitbit and phone don't get it going again then what's worked before for me is to "forget" the link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.

Fitbit also have a troubleshooting guide for syncing problems that can be useful: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi thanks for your help. But neither of these work so what does forget the Bluetooth link mean?

When you go into your phone's bluetooth settings it will show what devices the phone has a connection to. How this looks depends on the phone but they all generally look the same. If you have a connection on that list that looks like it could be a fitbit then select it and you should see an option to delete it or forget it. Taking this option forces the app to reconnect and this can sometimes overcome connection and syncing problems.

Hi thank you for your suggestions but I still have not been able to get the tracker to work.  I'll have to contact fitbit.com.
