Charge 3 not syncing with P10

So my Charge 3 worked brilliantly for about 6 weeks, then syncing started to slow down, and two weeks ago it just stopped syncing completely. I have tried all the Fitbit recommended trouble shooting tips, literally all of them. Rebooting, unpairing, everything. Nothing. I unpaired my Charge 3 from my HUAWEI Mate P10 Pro and now it won't even pair any more. Can someone from Fitbit please tell me why this seems to happen all the time and let me know how to fix this, or how to get a refund. I don't want to have paid £140 of money (a gift) on what is now just a pedometer with no analysis functionality at all.

Thanks for trying all of the steps that you mentioned in order to get your Charge 3 to sync again. Let me help you get it to work.

 

It could be that the Charge 3 bonded to your P10 and then the connection corrupted. If that is the case we need to restart that connection from scratch. You can try these steps which would also help it sync:

  1. Go into the phone's Bluetooth settings and look for your Fitbit in list of paired devices.
  2. Remove the Fitbit as a paired device.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app the run the setup process again as if you were using a brand new Fitbit.
